Return Policy

At Shishuhub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, our Return & Exchange Policy makes it easy to request a replacement or refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is required.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or improper handling are not eligible.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Undergarments
  • Socks
  • Swimwear
  • Customized or personalized clothing
  • Clearance or final sale items

3. Return Process

  • Contact our customer service at Email/Phone with your order details and reason for return.
  • We will confirm the eligibility and provide return instructions.
  • Ship the product back to the provided address using a trackable courier service.
  • Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund or exchange.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after product inspection.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or wrong items sent by us.

5. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange for a different size or product, please mention it in your return request.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  • We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
