2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Swimwear
- Customized or personalized clothing
- Clearance or final sale items
3. Return Process
- Contact our customer service at Email/Phone with your order details and reason for return.
- We will confirm the eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Ship the product back to the provided address using a trackable courier service.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund or exchange.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after product inspection.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or wrong items sent by us.
5. Exchanges
